Appeal
VI Com Quot 20 Such commissions ought to be avoided as much as may be But On the other hand, besides the delay, the
doing the business of appeal by commissions of this nature are is for reasons that will
be mentioned presently not altogether so eligible
as doing it by a the Judge of Appeal himself in person:
