District Court of Appeal
The Committee, though too anxious to see the forfeitud
levied to permitt suffer it to be remitted even where
the Court above looks upon it as not preferred
without warrantable cause, do not require it to
be deposited. But the only mischief to be apprehended
in this case is from persons in indigent or desperate
circumstances: and from them, the money if not
previously deposited will not be to be had at all.
