On order for supply of evidence, evidence proper for a rehearing may be collected If Where an order has been granted already granted
for a supply of evidenc in consequence of a petition for that purpose all on
accompanying an appeal that a there is no reason why if any evidence
should have presented itself in the mirror which would have
furnished a proper subject for a rehearing it should
not be collected at the same time. For 1. This
will save the time and expense of the application
made for such rehearing to the Court below: and 2.
if the commission for supply of evidence is
given to a Judge different from the Judge appealed
from, the same reasons considerations
which render it adviseable to change the Judge
for the one purpose, apply especially to the other
