not be backward in applying for it.

Nor will those pensioned Advocates, though
pensioned only and not feed be altogether without their motives
to exertion. Acting under the eye of an
attentive public, it will concern a man in that
station not to let his negligence or want of discernment
be exposed by a material question or
observation omitted by him and started afterwards
by the Judge or even some bystander: for
under the auspices of to general liberty it will be
equally impracticable and ineligible to refuse to
anybody the faculty of performing this friendly
office. Even the English law, under the name by the appellation
