matter of fact,
the Judge, by passing
from link to link,
employs his endeavours
in tracing the information
to it's alledged

of information of a relevant
occurrence,
by the mouth of an
informant then present,
the Minister will
proceed to take his examination.
For this
purpose, he is invested
with the powers
and the obligation attached
to the situation
of a Judge, as to which
see .Ch XII Judiciary

the Procedure Code.
But he will forthwith
dispatch to the Judge
Immediate of the sub
district information
of the application so
made, requesting him
to repair in person, or by
Depute to the office of
the Minster to assist him
to the last in taking the

and take with him an exemplar of it.
