5. Licence to produce mischief profitable or attended or
unprofitable to unattended with profit to the purchaser to an undefinable
amount, no payment of the price set upon the licence
Instrument be fixt or limited pecuniary penalty attached
to a prohibited act capable of producing a profit in
any shape to be greater amount than the penalty

6. Licence to committ crimes of all sorts.
Instrument, a word or omission or substitution of any word
omission, addition or substitution — any one of these three
acts: omission of in relation to the instrument formula of
accusation: omission of some words which it is alledged by
the Judge ought to have been contained in it: insertion of
word or words which it is alledged by him ought to have
been contained in it: substitution, insertion of some
word or words which ought not to be contained in it,
to some word or words which it was proper should be
contained in it and were accordingly contained in it.
Person to whom the licence is granted — every person to whom
the charge function of drawing up the instrument, and in the last
instance determining the contents of it is committed.
