Thus every clerk
copying the indictment
has the power of pardon.

Thus it is that by the deliberately and so recently declared
judgment this judgment unanimous
of the 12 Wise men of the West those irresistible arbiters of human destiny it is conclusively established
that, not to speak of other so many functionaries of the
law the power of granting effectual pardons to all criminals
murderers in particular not excepted, belongs
incontestably to every person to by whom down to the issuing
of it the function of drawing penning the instrument of accusation is
performed.

Thus every criminal
should bribe the draughtsman

With this licence the wanting to himself is every murderer
who had by his murder is having provided himself
with the money omitts to offer to the penner draughtman
the sum whatsoever sum may be requisite to the insertion
of the money-administering surplusage: wanting to himself
disrespectful to the of the law 12 Judges is the draughtsman by
whom so advantageous on offer is refused. What
danger for him can there be from the acceptance of it?
So many of these omissions as there have been in times past
none of them producing any suspicion of sinister design
so easy so frequent such omissions without sinister design
who shall pardon be understated enough pronounce intentionally in the any future
instance whatever it be.
