Art or 1. Rules and considerations which, in the
application of the above principles to practice, it may
be of use to keep in view, are as follows.

of it. To the obligatorily serving, add the spontaneously
serving. Determine in the first place
then, in whom it may be proper that the obligation
should be imposed: this done, admitt, to a participation
