Application — execution — probation — beneficial auxiliary bondsmanship — communication

Application is the act of a party — the def party pursuer,
requiring execution — of execution and effect to be
given to such this or that article of the the body of the law

Execution as above when ordered is the act of the Judge, rendering the
service required at his hands by the pursuing Suitors.

necessary to warrant give warrant and authority for the service so demanded at the hands
of the Judge.

into provisional and definitive: and this on the part as
well of defendant as pursuer

be eventually evidence, should the case not be found not to require the performance
of definitive execution: for of which provisional execution the performance the definitive is
no otherwise performable consistently with justice no otherwise performable than
as eventually necessary to service the eventual performance
of definitive execution should the case be found to require it
