is probator the really existing entity. Probator accordingly is the term presented
by analogy. Unfortunately the idea it presents f is too unapt
it is that of the success of the operation termed probation: whereas
little less frequently is the one followed by non-success than by
success. To keep clear of misrepresentation to the office here brought
to view another term by which nothing is decided as to success the topic of success is as it so
frequently needs to be, left untouched upon must be found. Say then Instead of probator say their Evidence-holder
appellation though unfortunately a two-worded one
for a single worded this could not be found
