6. Correspondent to recordation is recordator, for shortness
termed recorder: correspondent to the synonymous appellation
registration, is registrar. In this case there is no difficulty —
no difference between endurance and performance. He who
records not any thing is not a recorder: he who records any
thing is a recorder; an equ a recorder with equal a
recorder to the recorded of the matter recorded be there ever so little or
ever so much. And so in regard to the Register as to registration and the registrar.
