Judication coeval
with application &

Art. 1 Coeval with application and probation
is Judication: as to application, under the natural system of
procedure, as above, all application is probative inchoate
and an eventually ever consistent and taken
and without the Judge's being at the same time applyed
to and why at the very time that he is applied to, no application
can not in any case have place be made. Without permission
to proceed no applicant can be ised to proceed. Here
then the first it is by application made the character professed by an applicant
that the first mind is occupied: but it is by its applicant
and the Judge in conjunction that occupation is given to the
next old mind and therefore to the number of
whatever they are during which the at this first indictive hearing
the intercourse continues.
