to ends of justice

Art. 1. Rule 1. On each occasion, have constant
regard for all the several ends of justice that is to say

opposite evils

Art. 2 Rule 2. Minimize the quantity of the sum or the
balance of the evil composed of the evils opposite t respectively
to these cred ends.

3 Overlook not propinquity
& probability

Art. 3. Rule 3 Of the several elements,
of rules as applied in pleasure and pain pleasure to good over
