Minimization of
number of persons
operated upon
Art. Among the cares of the Judge will in
like manner be, the nummeration of the number of the
persons of whatever description operated upon by the exercise of his power, as
also in the instance of each such person, the number and
vexatiousness of the operations or passive impatience imposed upon them respectively
imposed upon them.

No interposition of
intermediate hand
Art Accordingly between the individuals parties
by whom in each instance the compliance in the shape necessary to the
riddance of the service in question is to be produced, he
will avoid interposing without necessity any new and
intermediate hand. Reasons are

1 avoidance of delay
1. By every such intermediate hand so interposed is
produced a chance of delay of ultimate non compliance
of delay, and chance of alternate factors
2. do of vexation or
expence
2. By every such intermediate so interposed is produced
of no compensation or no more than inadequate compensation
be accorded provided, vexation: if, and in so far as compensation
is accorded, provided expence.
Middle-agency avoiding sparing is the name given to
this rule.
