§. Apt judicatory what.

Art 6 In a case, Exception excepted in which on the Defendant's side there
is but an individual, the proper judicatory is regularly and
generally normally the judicatory within which the jurisdiction of which
the defendant has, if he has any, a fixed abode. But various
are the exceptions to what which upon general rule is subjected. An
Example of them is as follows

Art. 1. To his own judicatory
any person may on any
occasion make judicial
application

Art.1 In every case, any person whose desire it is
to make application to a Judicatory, for any purpose, may, in
the first instance make application to his own Judicatory

is any judicatory
within the local field in which he has a residence

Art.2. By the applicant's own judicatory a proper appropriate judicatory

is. If his has no settled abode is then in that destitution or if
he has no settled abode, his application may then be made in the judicatory within the local field of which he happens
to be at the time

natural causes of obstruction,

Art.3 If, the design of his application being to commence a
suit against any person, the a domicile of that person is within
the same local field of judicature, the case is in that respect
the ordinary case. if such intended defendant has not any his
domicile within that same field the case is in that respect an
extraordinary case: it constitutes an one of the natural causes of obstruction of to the course of

take.
