Art. 1. The station for ap or all persons waiting
to be heard as applicants the station is in the Visitors
Gallery: as to which see Const. Code Ch. XI Judiciary

Art. 2. On entering Applicant
receives from Doorkeeper,
a ticket. The which
ticket are bears a number

Art. 2. On entrance into the Gallery, the intended
applicant receives from the Doorkeeper a ticket.
The tickets are numbered in numerical order. He who
at or after the opening of the door, comes first, receives
a ticket No 1: he who comes next, No 2: and so on

Art. 3. When at the effective
station the hearing of an
applicant is finished
and the applicant dismissed,
Judge or Registrar
makes a sign to the Gallery
Doorkeeper. Doorkeeper calling
to him by the name of the
number him whose number
enables him to be net heard
directs him to the effective
station.

Art. 3. Immediately as the hearing of an applicant
is finished, the Judge or the Registrar makes a sign
to the Doorkeeper of the Gallery. The Doorkeeper calling to him
the expectant applicant whose number enables him to
be next heard, looks at his ticket, and directs him forthwith
to the Applicant's station: as to which see Const. Code

Art. 4. If applicants more than one are desirous
of speaking on the same occasion and in support of the same application,
they must first have agreed among themselves, as to the order in
which they shall speak: if whole numbers persist in speaking together
they will all of them be made to withdraw untill they have agreed upon
the order of precedence, as above

Art. 5. If with desire
mutually opposite in
number of applicants
offer themselves to speak
on the same occasion
in relation to the same
matter each striving to be
heard before the rest, the order of precedence
will be decided among them by lot.
