2. §.1. Composition — power.

Article 6.3 To the Supreme Constitutive is moreover reserved
the right of dislocating those same Members collectively,
at any certain period, by majorities of the persons entitled to
vote in a majority of the Districts, voting in consequence
of extraordinary conventions summoned and held for that
purpose. For the mode of producing such convention see [Ch.] §.
Article 4. Also individually in manner therein also mentioned Art. 4.

Article 7. To this same authority is also reserved the right Art. 5
of dislocating, in like manner as per Article 6, the Executive
Chief ( ) hereinafter mentioned See Ch. §.
Also any of the several individually not collectively the several
Members belonging to the Administrative Department: concerning ( ) when, see Chapter .

Article 8. Also, of dislocating the Justice Minister, hereinafter
mentioned. See Ch. §. Art. 7

Article 9 11. To the body, composed of the voters in each district,Art. 10
belongs the power of locating, and as per Article 5
of eventually dislocating, the Members of the hereinafter mentioned
Sub-legislatures: for which see Ch. §. : times,
the same as in the case of the Supreme Legislative, as
per Article 5.

Article 1012. Also, of dislocating those the Judge and any of in extraordinary Conventions, Art. 11
as per Article 6. the several other functionaries belonging to the Judicial

of the Supreme Legislative, in an Extraordinary Convention,
as per Art. 6.

Bissubdistricts, and Trissubdistricts contained within their
District: but in this case not collectively, but severally
only
