Ch. VI
Rationale (2) § Oath none why
3 In the case of Judges
under whose eye this is done
3. Judges. What is then done. Within Under the eyes
of the highest Judges is always done what is then done. Judges
more disapproving, operations approving and commending or
unrecommending. Not a Judge is then of those now in office
to whom it is not painfully known that all this is
true. When prison is bestowed by them humanity is the word by
which it is bestowed: humanity which displayed by which laws
are openly violated, perjury is openly committed.
4 In the case of
Coroners verdict of
insanity
Coroners and Coroners Juries as often as when suicide is declared
the result of insanity In fact it is the result of calculation:
a calculation by which it is determined that in what
remains of life if pursued the quantity of pain will outweigh that of
pleasure. The cases in which the operation is declared not to be
the result of insanity are extremely comparatively rare. And then what are
they? those in which as men or have committed
some really ones and to have left neither
property behind nor friend by whom the property in his disposal could
be stored. When his organizer confidant of the Holy Alliance so
called Holy (for what interest is equal to that called likeness)
put an end to his life rich the candid word after what he did was as
every body knows deliberate, in his own judgment prudent
under the eyes of all of the most useful act
of his life If suicide is an act of usually so is into : so is
doing what appears the
least of any two evils
Could he have
escaped his !
If not, , the way it is offering
it you the way it
of suicide.
