Ch. VI. Judiciary Application
(2 §.10 Accessibility secured
Art. 5 Antecedently to such the responsibility examination
the Judge will ask the applicant whether he is apprized
of the consequences of falshood in respect of responsibility
punishment and compensational. If his the answer
is in the affirmative the Judge will direct him to commence
his statement, if in the negative or if he remains
silent gives not any relevant answer the Judge will ask
him whether he can read: if his answer is in the
affirmative he will put into his hand or point to a
Table in which containing the terms of the law by which this responsibility
is established: if he cannot read the Judge
will read it to or cause it to be read to him, and if necessary
explain it.
Art. 6. To no Neither to an Applicant nor to any other person will any such ceremony
as that which is called an Oath be prescribed: from no
Applicant person will it be received
Art. 4. The case where the purpose of the application
is contentious, and in consequence a suit has place
being the suit of will naturally have place being that in which the importance of
a suit accessibility is on the part of an the applicant
as well as the suitors on both sides is greatest at its maximum
and at the as also the difficulty of securing it, what
belongs to this head will find its place in Ch. VIII. §.
