be made are calling or say Consultation 1 Ordinary or 2. Extraordinary and uncontentious. Those Extraordinary

Art. 2. Art. 2 Purpose Art. 2. 1. Purpose Contentious (2) By the The ordinary contentious or institutive purpose understand the
institution of purpose to institute a suit at law. When, by from the declaration
made by the applicant, it appears that this is his purpose,
and when by the Judge his prosecution of this purpose is allowed, as
such allowance is declared, the suit declared to be instituted
and the hearing thus going on is declared to be the institution
hearing if in relation to that this same suit. Concerning such initiative
hearing see Ch VIII Applicant in this case a pursuer.

apply make application to a Judge as such to a Judge or to Justice
