Art. 1. Principals On the occasion of a Judicial application,
wh applicants require to be distinguished in
the first place into principals and proxies. P
Pri A principal applicant is he by whom the application
is made on his account. A proxy applicant is he
whose application is made on the account of another
or others. In respect of a joint interest the same person
may be applicant on his own account of and likewise on account of his
counter at the same

Art. In relation to the benefit or the burthen
which is the object of the application, the applicant may be possessed
or not of special interest or not be a special interestee or say peculiar and self regarding interest in the subject matter
