Examples of trustees
created by law with
trustors instrumentally

Art. Example of person trusts and trustees
created such by act of law [in conjunction] by and with the
instrumentality called forth by that of an individual of the trustmaker but without the instrumentality

are as follows

acting: benefitendaries in this case with or without the
administrator himself the cointerestees, as above, in the mass
of property left vacant by the death

2. The case where a person desirous of bene
conferring a benefit on a certain person or persons in
the character of benefitendary or benefitendaries in such
a mass of property in the hands of a trustee or
trustees, to be in trust to be employed or disposed of in a certain
way mentioned for the benefit of the person or persons in the character of benefitendary or set
of benefitendaries
