All applicants interestees
Art. A person who on any account makes
judicial application to a judicatory because by doing so [is assuming
himself to be] an interestee.

Interestee a person
having a legal interest
in some assignable subject
matter
Art. 2 [Interestee is a word of reference, being
reference to some subject matter.] By an interestee understand
a person possessing a legal interest, an interest sanctioned or caused and being about to be sanctioned
by law in the way of
profit or loss, in some assignable subject matter.

Interestee on his own
account or on a trust
account
Art. 3 Such interest a man person may possess
either on his own account or on the that of another:
if and so far as it is on his own account, it is a self-account interest;
if and so far as it is on account of another person or persons, it is a
trust account.

Person Joint account
interestee a person who
is at once a self account
& a trust account interestee
Art. 4. A person who with reference to the
same subject matter is a self account interestee and
a trust account interestee, may be stiled a joint account
trustee

Representative an
applicant on account
of a number of interestees
Art. 5 An applicant applying on account behalf
of a number of self account interestees or with relation to them
as representative, he is on that occasion their representative: if he is one
of their number, a self joint account representative: if he is not
of their number, a self account trustee joint account representative.
