Art. 4 In Case 5 7 In each of the six reasons derived
by an appropriate Suit-terminating mandate he will have the option following
1. To dismiss the suit simply
2. To release, advising recommending at the same time the pursuer to carry
his desires before another Judicatory, that to act within the territory
of the residence of the Pursuer proposed defendant happen to be at the time
