(4 §. Proxies
Admissions — Consent
Enactive
Art. 12 A party defendant may apply for
relief against admission alledged by him to have been inexorably
made to his prejudice by his proxy, to wit
for the purpose of being put in so far as without preponderant
inconvenience may be, in the same state as that in
which he would have been if no such admission had been
made

Art. 13 But then he can not do otherwise than
except in case of valid excuse for non attendance, as per
Ch. p. he can not do otherwise than by refusing himself
to the Judicatory and submitting himself to interrogation and
confrontation with the proxy, at the Justice Chamber to the purpose of their being interrogated
by each other and by the Judge.

Art. 14. It will be any the case of the Judge
that from such disavowal on the part of the principal uncompensated all damage
