Admissions Consents

Enactive.

Art. 16 In a simply requestive case and suit
the adva a defendant, as principal is provisionally principal, is bound by the admission [and consent]
of a professional proxy

Art. 17 So, by the pr admission [or consent] of
a non-professional proxy.

Instructional and Enactive and Ratiocinative

Art. 18 In either case the Judge if in case
of apprehension on his part lest to the prejudice of trust truth
and justice, as well as the the prejudice of the interests
by an admission made [or consent given] by the proxy the
interest of justice as well as that of the principal has been
observed, will state such his apprehension with liberty to the
proxy to retract or modify such admission, if he can consistently
in so far as he can do so without prejudice to verity
to truth and veracity.

Art. 19 So, if he sees necessary, the Judge
for reason assigned the Judge may suspend any such
operation as in the suppration of the propriety of the admission
he would have performed, until information of the
objection made to the admission has been transmitted to
the principal, and response has been received from him in
consequence, or time sufficient for the reception of the said response
has elapsed.
