These qualified him to prevent
from seeing one if gratuitous?

Ra Instructional and Ratiocinative

Art. 1. To kind lawyers in the character of litigated
proxies should admittance be given offered or desired? Afforded
of necessity and beyond doubt. Preferable no doubt on several accounts,
under certain conditions are gratuitous to . But any persons among would-be
pursuers many there will always be as may well always be [those who had to this or that
be this one legally] to whom the finding any person
at the same time able and willing to give commencement
and conclusion to a service species liable to become capable of becoming so toilsome
would be utterly impossible. If then, no pers adequate
persons in adequate numbers could not be found, who for
such remuneration as they found obtainable were willing to furnish
for the purpose in question this assistance to render the
sort of service in question for such remuneration as they found
obtainable, the whole class of the person abovementioned would
be exposed to worry in all shapes at the hands of every
evildoer by whom according to his calculation the profit extended
for the wrong would afford him a sufficient recompense
for his the requisite trouble.

Now the comes the other Therefore comes another question. A man by whom
the service in question has been on on this or that occasion
been rendered upon a gratuitous to this or that individual
shall it be allowed to him to receive payment for it in the
case of this or that other. Here the proper answer must presents itself
be on the negative side.

In the Constitutional Code as the case of the professional
class of lawyer is brought to view upon the article and provision made for
securing on their part in the course of instruction by a course of observation and practice there appears
the sort stock which seemed requisite of appropriate aptitude. If
without distinction others by whom no such security had been
afforded were permitted to enter into competition with the
the adequate inducement for engaging in a course of labour of
such could not be afforded, and the burthen of affording
this security would not find any person shoulder to undertake to subject himself to disposed to
take it upon his shoulders to submitt his shoulders to it.
