Judge to see that no
damage ensues to any
person but applicant
Art. 6 Whatsoever may have been the inducement
it will be among the cares of the Judge so to order
matters that no to no person other than the applicant
damage in any shape may ensue.

Accordingly no person
but applicant to be
at the expence of the
application
Art. 7. Accordingly exceptions excepted the
Judge will not subject any d person other than the
applicant than such self-constituted proxy to any
expence of which the application may be productive.

Exception where
benefit to party in
whose behalf application
made
Art. 8 Exception is where from the
result of the application benefit in any shape ensues
to the party in whose behalf the application is made
which at the same time that either no benefit at all
would have accrued to him or no benefit so great as
that which has accrued t him by this means. In
this case, he may be to the reward
in consideration of and in proportion to the net value
of the benefit so reaped from his service may
be in on in case of a suit instituted for that purpose be
cleared to the applicant by the Judge.
