Compliance either
by attendance or by
responsion
On the part of a judicatory whether party pursuer
party defendant, or Evidence-holder in answer to a mandate issued by the Judge the form given to the
instrument of discourse would be either the mode of compliance
would be either by attendance, or by responsion response
if by attending either at the Indoor fixt judicatory, or at the
Outdoor nugat occasional and migrating judicatory.
As to the character in any capacity in which the mode of
compliance was thus exemplified, it might be either that
of party pursuer, party defendant and, or Evidence holder, or
some individual at large, incidentally and casually addressed
for the purpose of rendering contributing by means of some
incidental service which it fell in his way to be able to
render, to the giving execution and effect to the law on
which the suit was grounded.

Here the cases the need for so many corresponding mandates
1 Accercitive or hither
calling mandate
1. Accercitive or say hither calling mandate. This
where the service place in which the service is performed is the Judicatory or the the service itself is the ordinary
Justice service.
2.Interiorly missive
or Epistle sending mandate
2. Missive or say thither-sending mandate: Then
where the place in which the service is performed is an
incidental and migratory judicatory: the service itself outdoor service
3 Exteriorly missive or
thither sending mandate
3. Missive is the mandate where the attendance
required by it is attendance at some judicatory
Missive interiorly it may be stated in the first case
exteriorly in the latter case.
