To him who has no
fixed habitation,
judicial missives may
be directed to the Local
Headman

To For him who has had no fixt habitation of his own, judicial
missives might be addressed he being prepared and precognized to receive them, may might
be addressed to him at the Local Headman's office:
and which for elimination of vexation to him who had has a fixt
habitation, another exemplar might be delivered
at that same habitation: and so in the case of his having
habitation, more than one and in this way may the
most convenient provision be made for every occupation and condition
situation in life .
