Ch. VIII. Judiciary intercourse — mode of securing.

What ever the purpose
of the application Judge
not to let suitor depart
without indication of
his habitation

Art. 1. For what purpose so ever and in what
character so ever on the occasion of a suit or other application
an individual makes his appearance for the first
time, the Judge will not suffer him to depart, unless
he has given indication of some habitation or habitations
at which during the continuance of the suit, any mandate
issuing from or sanctioned by the Judge whether of
that territory or any other will be sure to reach him
if transmitted whether by the Letter post or any special
messenger.

to have been received by the individual in question, for the
with a view to the purpose for which it was sent: that it be seen
in the case of a judicial mandate for the with an order to compliance
therewith: in such sort that for non-compliance prehension of the body may be effected.
