Constitutional Code or Procedure

III
Ch. Securities against Evidence deception
§.10 Probative form estimated
Anglicé - English Judge
untrustworthy

To a cover to such matchless immorality depravity the cloak of relyance is assured
(What is visible to all eyes is that either those who pd to it have none of it,
or that if they have
any it is of no
use to their culture, and therefore not in any
included.
(Cause of the errors in the form sinister interests.

4
No vulgar error so
gross as that which
supposes Judge's object
to be minimization of
injustice

Of the whole list of vulgar errors few indeed are so mischievous
for so gross as that which supposes that in the mind on the part
of that class of those who are stiled Minister of Justice minimization
of injustice has been the end to which their labours devotions have been
directed. the to which the system of judicial procedure has in point
been directed: to minimization after substitute maximization
you will be near the truth.

5
Maximization of
injustice their object

That injustice might be maximized it has been their interest
that of the useless falsity — the great constraint of injustice, the frequency should
be maximized: the falsity itself maximized and thence moreover
so also the credence given to it.

6
To this end maximization
of falsity & deception

To this end it is that to so many various descriptions
of persons on this special occasion for this special purpose — the
license to committ utter judicial falshood with impunity — in one word
the mendacity leave has been granted to an extent so all
comprehensive and in this license in place of punishment reward
to upon the most all comprehensive scale has been and stands

Persons to whom
mendacity leave granted
1 Pursuers
2 Defendants
3 Attornies
4 Advocates
5 Judges themselves

Descriptions of persons to whom the mendacity leave has thus
been granted are these.

1. Parties on the pursuers side. 2. Parties on the defendants side. 3 Professional
assistants of the side of Attornies 4. Professional assistants of the order
of Advocates. 5. The Judges themselves. ☞ Show how in each instance

Of this error the mischievousness inserts in the support
given to a system that deleterious by the respect with which
the authors and supporters of the mischief the system of money exacting
depravity expence the their claim to this time be and are at
this time are regarded.
