1. Pursuers Demand Paper A. The Demands, Suit
or Suits purely requisitive — not incuplative.

Heads under which as relative to the matter of a Pursuers Demand
is to be stated, for the purpose of the Judge's determination
whether to call upon any person in the character of proposed
Defendant to comply with the Demand is contested.

The Pursuer or Pursuers who. Manner of intercourse
with him for the purpose

+ II. Effective Service demanded.
This will consist in a ready
and prompt and persevering concurrence in the adjustment
of the rights in question
by means of the correspondent Judicial Services No X.

+ III. Collative articles of Law referred relied on.
to Under this head reference will be
made to the article or articles of law,
as per Code, Chapter, Section and Article
on which the demand is grounded: and
in which a general description is given
of the facts of sorts of facts to which those in No IV are in favour of a person
individual instances circumstanced as
the demandant allows himself to be received

These will be so many individual facts of the sort of those
instances mentioned of the sorts of facts mentioned alluded to in No III
as above in the Collative fact or article or
facts articles of law

VI. Evidence looked to, in
proof of the Collative fact or
facts. Under this head will
never be entered any thing but the
sources of the evidence known
or supposed to be obtainable. [+]

together with the such things
and writings, if any,
on which he relies as which he looks to
as sources of evidence in that character
for the support of
his demand
The evidence itself will remain
to be elicited from the several
sources.

VII. Ablative Facts, if whether
any. Of any such fact, the
effect would be to destroy
the table created as per No III
by the Collative fact or facts.
Declaration of the existence
of any such facts A necessary condition to the
calling upon any person in
VIII Counter evidence
the character of Co-pursuer, or
if any,
Defendant to concurr in rendering
the Effective Service No II
or the Judge in rendering the
corresponding Judicial Service.
No X will be a denial of the
existence of any such ablative facts
by the division of
the appropriate right
in question into separate
ones and these
by the concurrence of
inchoate rights
not consummate
and assertive right.

VIII IX. Counterdemand, if
any, expectable from any
Def proposed Defendant. In
the case of a Demand of the sort here
in question, there will in general be
little room for matter to be entered under this head. See
Demand Paper B.
under this head.

likewise under this head.

X. Judicial Services demanded
as requisite to the
rendering of the Effective No II
