1 Pursuers self serving

the applicant has been able to fill up his paper and

will then proceed to make his statement of facts which in
so far as they are alledged to have case facts within his own

2 Pursuers extraneous
evidence
Art If for proof of his title to the service demanded his
sole reliance is on evidence not adduced by him, but
only indicated as being in existence and probably obtainable,
still he has been giving delivering evidence but the evidence as
delivered by him is of the sort stiled simply indicative
evidence: evidence which not being itself appropriate, and
with relation to the collative facts in question employable, serves
for giving information of and thence will if the Judge permits for the obtainment of oth
that sort which is appropriate and employable.
