1 Pursuers self serving
evidence

and if the applicant at the commencement of his application
the applicant has been able to fill up his paper and
bring it accordingly ready filled up so much the better. He
will then proceed to make his statement of facts which in
so far as they are alledged to have case facts within his own
knowledge observation in the character of a principal witness will be — the

or say employable evidence.

sole reliance is on evidence not adduced by him, but

delivered by him is of the sort stiled simply indicative
evidence: evidence which not being itself appropriate, and
with relation to the collative facts in question employable, serves
for giving information of and thence will if the Judge permits for the obtainment of oth
that sort which is appropriate and employable.
