by causing the stolen goods to be
returned to him by the thief: together
with money obtained by prehension
and sale of his any such goods as
he might property more immoveable
or moveable as he may
happen to think in compensation for
the present wrong as above: be not
by the several judicial mandates

II. Service rendered to the public
by the issuing of said any incarceration
or other punishment mandated by
the execution of which the imprisonment
or other punishment may be
influenced.
