Art. 1. For clearness of conception, [all causes of embarassment
will at the outset be posted up put aside.] the course
of procedure will here be presented to view in the utmost degree
of simplicity it is susceptible of all embarassment will be
put aside: all co modes and causes of complexity; all
modes and causes of obstruction. This done the several
causes of complexity and obstruction and complexity will
be added one by one, and in such instance the course
result prescribed suggested by the nature of the embarassment
will be brought to view.
☞ Proceed to refer to the modes and cause of complexity
as per Ch. IV then enumerate the modes and causes of
embarassment — presenting to view as they occur the excretitious suits necessitated.

Art. 1. Where justice is set at nought, official profit
alone regarded at/looked to the whole of judicature more easy.
Where justice is let in, difficulty is let in along with its
difficulty in all its imaginable shapes, natural and factitious,
factitious and from no hands so formidable as by those from
those by which it might to have been removed, and to which
are so generally, but so erroneously supposed to be honestly and
assiduously occupied in the removal of it.
