But demands so conjoined
should be kept distinct
by their names

But, be the number of distinguishable demands
thus conjoinable with advantage ever so small or ever so
great, they should not the less be kept distinct and characterized
each by its genuine or and specific name — with
indicators added of the evidence by from which they respectively
receive their support.

Advantages of distinctness
of description

Advantages from the distinctness of description are as
follows:

1. Clearness of Conception maximized

1. On the part of the parties concerned, to wit parties, parties
Assistants Judge and Registrar clearness in the conception entertained
of the several demands with the point in respect of law
and fact would will then be maximized

2 Natural Appropriate order given
to Probation

2. In regard to probation whatsoever order turned out
upon enquiry to be both adapted to the ends of justice, direct
and collateral might and naturally would be given
to the several masses of evidence and in case of need of
to the several masses of argumentation

3 Facility to law —
allegation amendments

3. In divers various cases the grounds of demand in point of
law capable of applying to the same fact are so nearly
contiguous as to be difficultly distinguishable especially
by a pursuer antecedently to judicial examination.
In those cases provision has been made in Ch. VIII Judicatory
application §§. Demand in law amendable according to the
evidence for placing the demand and consequent examination
upon a different footing from that originally alledged.

From the By the here proposed unlimited conjunction of demands facility may
on various occasions be given to such law-allegation-mandates.
