Art.At the the originating

Art. By the Judge of the originating Judicatory,
the time of relative leisure can at all times be exactly
ascertained, and regard being had to capacity and convenience
in respect of attendance on the part of parties
and witnesses, the hou day for the their next attendance
fixt with certainty and without difficulty. On the other
hand

Art. The day on which hearing can be in
the suit thus commenced be given in a transfer-receiving
judicatory, can not be fixt without previous correspondence
between the Judges of the originating Judicatory and the
Judge of the transfer-receiving Judicatory.

As to the proposed system so far from creating additional
use in the shape of decoy misdecision expence and vexation
it produces new and manifestly efficacious securities
against evil in all these several shapes: to wit These are
1. the universally extending responsibility in case of falshood.
2. the universal expression to oral subsidiary oral, after
epistolary, examination.
