Art. 7. Case 3. No offence supposed to be committed.
But in contemplation on the ground of some right supposed to
have accrued or to be about to be accrue to the applicant
or some other person for whose sake he thus acts, of in
support of which the nature of the case could admitt afford
of sufficient evidence at the same time that no such
evidence is as not as yet in existence, or if in existence
is in danger of deposition, the applicant applies for
permission to give existence or permanence to it, by
the instrumentality of the Judge when he acts accordingly
requests to review such his evidence.
