Exposition

Art. 1. Suits at large, and Distributive
seeking demanding or say Distribution Suits — into these two sections may the aggregate
composed of non-inculpative Suits be divided.

A distribution seeking
suit is where the benefit
demanded is a portion of
a mass of property

Exposition

Art. 2. By a distribution seeking demanding suit, understand a Suit
in and by which the benefit sought demanded to be obtained is an
part of a thing which mass of property of whatsoever kind:
that is to say whether it be a portion of the subject matter or
subject matters themselves, or say the effects or a portion of the value of them as determined
by sale.

In such case two decrees
requisite 1 to give commencement
to the distribution
2 to give termination to the
operation demanded.

Enactive. Instrumental

In every such case for the giving effect to the suit,
two decrees will be requisite: to a one by which commencement
is given to the aggregate operation of distribution; commencement
the other by which termination is given to the aggregate operation
demanded — that is to say to the distribution of the effects.

Subject matter of distribution
may be indefinitely
diversified. See non penal

Instructional.

Art. 4 Exception excepted, of the aggregate constitution which is the
subject matter of the distribution, the composition may be indefinitely
diversified. For the different several modifications of which the subject matter
of property that is to say of proprietary rights and powers is
