Account suit what
Art. By an Account Suit understand any
suit in which the occasion and in the course of which
cognizance is taken of demands more than one, on both
sides or on either side, originally produced, derived respectively from by effectual
causes of right or title more than one.

Demand
Speedy termination
more desirable in this
than in any other case
Art. Whatsoever be the cause or causes of
it is desirable that to all suffering on one either side or on both sides from
whatever cause originating a termination should be put
as soon as possible. Interest res publicae (says the Roman
maxim) ut set finis literae still more strongly and
manifestly is it the interest of the individuals concerned.

Accordingly on every
application Judge before
applicants to take the
necessary course for
investigation of complaint
Art. Accordingly, in what service so ever
a party in each side is come into the presence of the Judge,
before the departure he will take the requisite course for
ascertaining whether between them any view of
any what cause of disagreement has place between them,
any cause or course of complaint on either side at the
charge of the other, such complaint of any such wrong
for which it is in the power of the judicial authority to
apply a remedy.
