Art. 7. From these considerations, result for the procedure
of the Judge, the rules rule following

1. Before the originative/initiative hearing of t an original applicant is
prosecuted to learn from him the matters of fact
following, and from these matters of fact, when in so far as to being supposed
evidence relatively evidence-wisely is due to him the existence of them has been ascertained,
grand mandates the Judge will ground a mandate to the effect following

Appropriate denomination of the mandate effected
for the purpose, a proposed Evidence-holders description indicting
mandate.

Enactive Indicative

Art Und In relation to these several topics, by himself
or with the assistance of the Registrar, the Judge will elicit the
appropriate information by viva voce interrogation, the Registrar
making minutation and recordation accordingly, until the matter
of the mandate has been compleated: and in relation to suits matter
the applicant will be required by his signature in relation to each
head separately or in relation to the whole collectively, to make known his assent or dissent.
