Forthcomingness

Of The eventual forthcomingness produced for whatever the purpose of
execution, whether it be the forthcomingness of person or a thing it may
be either the ultimate or the instrumental object of
what is done. Thus when it is instrumental, forth all the
forthcomingness of produced on the part of a person, may have
no other object than the producing the eventual forthcomingness on the part
of a thing: or the forthcomingness produced on the part of
a the thing may be produced have no other object for no other purpose than the
producing the eventual forthcomingness on the part of the person: the owner
of a horse may be taken into custody for the purpose of causing
him to give up produce his horse; or the horse may be taken into
custody for no other purpose than to cause the owner to pay
attendance at the judicatory.
