Auxiliary Bondsmen
who

By an auxiliary a Friendly or say Accommodating Bondsman (Judicial
Bondsman understand a person who on the occasion and in
the course of a suit lends his aid to one of the parties
by taking upon himself an eventual and future-contingent
burthen for the sake and purpose of confering that same
party a present benefit reputed more than equivalent benefit

On either To a party on either side of the suit is this
good office capable of being rendered.

They may be rendered, on any occasion part of the course of
the suit, on any occasion & on any purpose

his intervention may
be on Pursuers side.

Of the course in which it may be rendered to a party on
the Pursuers side examples are as follows.

1. The According to the evidence delivered by a Pursuer circumstance on the part of the Defendant are such
that unless for the giving ultimate execution and effect to the a decree
establishing the decreed process decreed security arrangement of
security were taken, are opines to any degree not exceeding
the burthen of such ultimate execution, the probability is the
the necessary means of giving effect to such ultimate decree would
not be obtainable.

Auxiliary bondsmen
number unlimited

In any number any person may be Co-auxiliary
Bondsman for any person.

But it will be for the care of the Judge that the
accommodation be employed in such sort as to produce
without his intention a commutation of coporeal for pecuniary
punishment.

Judges reputation
pledged against acceptance
of an applicant bondsman

In respect of judgment, attentiveness and even
probity the reputation of a Judge is stands pledged for his ever
admitting of the suffering this faculty to be employed
as an instrument for the evasion of justice: and thence in
by his acceptance given to Bondsmen when the shirt shall have
to be insufficient.
