Art. 1. A judiciary Sponsor or say Auxiliary
Bondsman is one taken to preserve a party on
either side from a certain greater one evil, voluntarily consents
to be subjected to an another eventual evil.

occasion are the following
1. Stage of the suit.
2. Party or Par or Parties served
3. Nature of the service: that is to say of the evil thereby
excluded or proposed to be excluded
4. Nature of the evil eventually submitted to by the
Sponsor.
5. Sponsor — their quality description and number on each
occasion.
