Art. In a certain class of case, by the
course of the due discussion useless the arrangement missive for be established the sensibilities peculiar to the female
sex will be liable to be wounded and the suffering produced
by wrong will thereby therefore instead of remedy be liable to receive
aggravation. To put exclusion in the upon evil in this shape
will be among the objects of the Judges care.

are encreased in the loss of propriety, would be inconsistent with
the greatest happiness, and thereby with the special case endeavour
