Art. 1. When for the purpose of causing the
defensive statement, or to be of a defendant to be prepared
received, or his testification examination to be perform testimony to be elicited

1. By the appropriate mode of conveyance The Judge of the originative Judicatory transmitts
to the Judge of the proposed transfer-receiving Judicatory
a missive having for its principal purpose, the
causing him to fix a day on which the Defendant in
question shall by accerative or pretensive and adductive
as the case may require be called upon or made to
attend at the such proposed transfer-receiving Judicatory
Name of such missive, Cooperative hearing proposing missive.

2 Exemplar of Record
enclosed.

2. For the information of the proposed transfer-receiving
Judge with this missive will be enclosed an exemplar
of the Record on which has been entered the minutes
of the proceedings in the originative Judicatory down to that
time.

to parties

3. To every party whose Demand paper or
Defence paper has been received, as also to the Defendant proposed
Defendant whose Defensive statement or testimony is
proposed to be elicited at the proposed transfer receiving
Judicatory, another exemplar will also be delivered or
transmitted, or in case of extranumerousness exemplars in a certain number all for the purpose of their
serving, each of them, for the
use of a certain member of the parties on that side, their names being accordingly mentioned as per Ch. §1. .
