Prehendendum

3 a stock of things moveable

Art. The subject matter of pretension pretension will
be either a thing immoveable:
1. A thing immoveable – as a House or portion of this
2. A thing moveable – as a horse, a cart, a bed
a painting or other product of the fine arts.
3. A stock of things moveable – such as the whole or
any part of a mans agriculture stock or trading
stock
In each of these cases it may be to be prehended
with or without oppos things which in relation to it are
termed as being in use with it.

Prehension mandate to
contain instruction as to
appurtenances & disposition
of prehendendum
Art. In each case the prehensive mandate
will give contain the requisite instructions requisite for
distinguishing the prehension prehendendum and prescribing the disposition
to be made of it.
