In so far as this is the case
search for it may be necessary
to be made.
§. Search §: 1. Purposes. Art 1. purpose It may be that either the existence of the proposed
prehension or the place in which it is lodged is to the Judge a matter of doubt.

Arts. 1. Purposes for which
search may be made
Example as to 1. Persons
1. Prehension or accersition
of a Defendant or proposed Defendant
2. Prehension or accersition
of a proposed witness
3. Eventual liberation
of a person supposed illegally
detained against
his will, or in case of
infirmity through nonage
or insanity, to his detriment.
4. Eventual relief to a
person, supposed that
illegally detained, but
in a state of undue
vexation.
Art. 1 Of the purposes for which search may
be made examples are as follows.
I — as to Persons
1. A person whose forthcomingness is desired in the character situation/quality/capacity
of a Defendant.
2. A person whose forthcomingness is desired in the character capacity
of a witness
3. A person in relation to whom it is susceptible that a suspicion is entertained/has place
he or she is illegally detained against his or her will; though it be not
against his will, it is through if within age of lawful consent
by reason of m nonage or infirmity of mind or
body, unable to give valid consent.
4. A person, in relation to whom a suspicion has place,
that although not illegally detained he or she is kept
in a state of undue seclusion.

1. A thing of which it in relation to which a suspicion has place,
that it is determined has been the subject matter of delinquence shape
for example in the shape of theft or embezzlement, or criminal or culpable wronging deterioration
2. is, that, its relation to delinquency in any shape,
or right in any shape, it would be serve as a source of written
or real evidence.
3. A navigable vessel, or vehicle in relation to which
a suspicion has place that on search it would be found to be a receptacle,
containing any such subject matter of delinquency or source of evidence, as above.

1. A building A piece of ground or building for example in relation to which a
suspicion has place that of on search it would d in some part
of it be serve as a source of real evidence.
2. A building A piece of ground or building for example, in relation to which
a suspicion has place that, therein on search would be found some moveable
thing which has been the subject matter of theft or embezzlement delinquency, as above
or whe a thing which would as above be serve as a source of
written or real evidence.
