§. Conditions necessary to justify arres the issuing of a warrant of
arrestation

3. I acknowledge myself informed that in the event of
my being convicted of having been convicted of mendacity wilful
falshood or culpable rashness or temerity in respect of this my declaration
I shall by the sentence of this judicature the law be found compelled to make full
compensation to the individual thus injured by me, with
the addition of as also to undergo such ulterior punishment under
the name of punishment such ulterior punishment as the
law ordains and in the event of my not being able to render
such compensation, to undergo any such punishment as the as
be in case place thereof the law here has provided.

4. Moreover that whatsoever may be the value of any service
really done or in at the hands of the aforesaid — I shall stand exposed to
