1 §. 2. Conditions necessary

arrestation

my being convicted of having been convicted of mendacity wilful
falshood or culpable rashness or temerity in respect of this my declaration
I shall by the sentence of this judicature the law be found compelled to make full
compensation to the individual thus injured by me, with
the addition of
as also to undergo such ulterior punishment under

law ordains and in the event of my not being able to render
